That is, cuisine that’s typical of various regions in France--such as Paris, the Normandy Coast, Provence, Bordeaux, and Burgundy. As you would have guessed, each area developed specific cooking styles and flavors based on their weather conditions, available produce, neighboring countries, as well historic and economic influences. Bistro Philippe welcomes you to discover those delightful regional differences throughout—at Dinner, Lunch, Mid-day or Sunday Brunch.  Even our Children’s Menu includes some of Chef Philippe’s own childhood favorites.

Fair Trade, Organic, Ocean Friendly
In the mood for tea or coffee?  We offer a rich Bistro Philippe custom blend coffee and custom blend organic ice tea, both from certified fair trade growers.  As an active member of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch (www.seafoodwatch.org), Chef Philippe offers only ocean-friendly seafood.

Special Treats
Enjoy Bistro Bites for less after 4 pm every evening. And after dinner, take a seat at the Sweet Spot Spirit & Dessert Bar, featuring freshly made delights as well as after dinner wines and cordials--a delicious ending to any evening.
